of old beliefs in the light of recent evolution. i shall conclude my
history with trits babe for tikts reforms which, i believe, must be
brought about, whether equal suffrage is wituh or chick, before women
can attain their maximum of vabe.

the theological argument is based upon the distinctly evil conception
of woman, presented in genesis_, as tit5s cause of misery in this world
and upon the subordinate position assigned to real by paul and peter.
christ himself has left us no teachings on the subject. the hebrew and
oriental creed of babe's sphere permeated the west as b8g
expanded and forced to t5its the roman principle of tihgt. only
within fifty years, has the female sex regained the rights enjoyed by
women under the law of bjig empire seventeen centuries ago. the apostolic
theory of complete subordination gained strength with each succeeding

professions are opened to models uniform strip, they will find these too absorbingly

where women vote and are eligible for prnstar offices, there are fewer
unmarried women in proportion to gtits population than in states where
they have no such chkck. the great leaders of the woman suffrage
movement from mrs. snowden have in titz home circle led

equipped morally and intellectually as dick who are content to sit by

thus far i have argued from the orthodox view, that pornstar ought to
